Shipping Policy

Please inspect your packages upon arrival. Report any damage or shipping related breakage immediately to the delivery driver. Also contact us by phone or email. The carrier delivering your packages is responsible for handling any damage claims.

Please note that our shopping cart combines shipping on most items. That means you save (substantially) on freight costs by purchasing multiple items on one order.

Our standard shipping is to the lower 48 states only. Orders shipping to Alaska or Hawaii may incur additional shipping or handling charges. We will notify you by email if additional charges will apply or if we are unable to process your order. Only items shipping to the lower 48 states can qualify for special promotions (such as FREE SHIPPING).

We reserve the right to ship orders to the credit card "Billing Address" only. Any shipping address other than the credit card billing address must be verifiable by us.

Currently we do not ship outside the US. However, at our discretion, we may ship orders received from customers living outside the US to an address of your choice within the US. There will be a processing fee of 5% (minimum $15) added to the shopping cart order total for this service. We will send an email notification with the new order total and require confirmation before we process the order. All prices and fees are in US Dollars.

Any special Free Shipping promotions will apply only to normally stocked items. Any item that needs to be Special Ordered by us from a distributor or the factory will not qualify for "Free Shipping".

Requests for special handling, invoices or paperwork in addition to that normally supplied by our shopping cart software will subject orders to a 10% or $20 (whichever is more) additional handling charge.

Requests to use customer's UPS shipping account will incur a Handling Charge of $3.95 per package which will be added to order total.

We reserve the right to refuse any order at our discretion.

We make every effort to ship orders within 1-2 business days and provide the quickest possible delivery service. However, circumstances can arise that delay shipping or delivery. If you require delivery on or before a certain date please contact us by phone or email before ordering to make arrangements for expedited shipping. This service will normally require additional charges to apply.

Orders "Refused" due to late delivery, unless expedited shipping has been arranged and paid for, will be charged a 20% restocking fee.

We reserve the right to change our "Terms & Policies" at any time without notice.

Shipping Errors

Errors with shipments will be handled promptly. Towshop will replace incorrectly shipped products or refund the purchase price of the product as appropriate. Towshop will not be responsible or liable for labor or incidental costs of any kind. In no event shall Towshop's liability exceed the cost of the goods.
 

Warranty Claims

All products in our catalogs and on our website carry the original manufacturer's warranty against defects in material and workmanship, unless stated otherwise in product descriptions. Warranty issues will be handled by the product manufacturer, not Towshop. The warranty period begins at the date of purchase, not the date of installation. Should a problem occur within the manufacturer's warranty period please contact the manufacturer immediately.
 

Return Policy

Please inspect your order immediately upon receipt. Any damage or missing parts must be reported to Towshop within 7 business days of delivery.

If merchandise was used, installed or damaged in any way, no refund will be given.

Canadian customers MUST inspect all packages at the US delivery address before taking possession. Any damage, missing parts or incorrectly shipped items MUST be reported before taking possession. Any and all returns for any reason MUST be shipped from the original US delivery address. Towshop will refuse delivery of any and all packages shipped from an address outside the US, no exceptions.

Please be certain any item you are returning was purchased from Towshop. We do not accept items purchased elsewhere.

Before returning any purchase please contact Customer Service at mail@towshop.com for return authorization. Include any order and or invoice number and date of purchase in your email.

All returns are subject to a minimum 15% Restocking fee, plus any and all shipping charges.

Any order returned as "Refused Delivery" will be charged a 20% Restocking fee plus actual outbound and return freight costs, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Any Order returned without RGA (Returned Goods Authorization) will be charged a 25% Restocking fee plus actual outbound freight costs, NO EXCEPTIONS.

Requests for returns more than 10 days after receiving your order will be subject to 20% Restocking fee plus any and all shipping charges.

Requests for returns more than 30 days after receiving your order will be subject to 35% Restocking fee plus any and all shipping charges.

Requests for returns more than 60 days after receiving your order will be considered on a case by case basis and subject to a minimum 35% Restocking fee plus any and all shipping charges.

All returns to Towshop must be shipped no more than 10 days after date of return authorization to be eligible for applicable refund.

Any return shipped more than 10 days after approval date will be subject to an additional 20% restocking fee.

Returns must be in new, undamaged, not installed condition and must include all accessories, hardware, manuals, documentation and registration that may have shipped with the product and be packed in the original undamaged, unmarked retail packaging in order to be eligible for refund.

We WILL deduct for replacement cost of any missing parts, paperwork or packaging.

Please do NOT write RGA numbers or any other information on retail packaging. This will be considered as "damaged retail packaging".

Merchandise returned with damaged retail packaging will be subject to a 20% restocking fee.

Include the original order number on Return Form.

Freight must be prepaid by customer on all returns.

Towshop is not responsible for any lost or damaged returns. Please be sure to arrange for appropriate insurance and electronic confirmation of delivery when possible and appropriate.

Actual outbound shipping charges will be deducted from refund totals for any item that included "Free Shipping".

Refunds will be given for product only, not for labor and or installation charges, shipping, or any other charges.

All special order items are NON RETURNABLE.
